THE BEACH ~ BANTA BAR

Walk along the sandy coastal path from your villa to the beautiful unspoilt swathes of sandy Gambian beach. Here a small Banta bar has been erected from bamboo and palm leaves along with small canopies and loungers for shade. Local Mango Groves staff will take your order for cold drinks, providing you with uninterrupted sanctuary.
Later, perhaps stroll south along the beach to some of The Gambia's most wild and beautiful bays.
Relax in The Gambia....................

CLIENT FEEDBACK (MARCH 2007)

Hi Lorraine and Steve,

Mary and I would like to thank all the staff at DGI and DGI Gambia for the wonderful opportunity that you have presented us both with.

As you know around eighteen months ago I sat down with Steve and discussed and explored the next step in our portfolio. When Steve expressed his thoughts on the Gambia I must admit that I had heard of it, I knew it was somewhere in Africa but that was as far as it went.

Well having just recently returned from an inspection of our new property at Mango Groves, I have to compliment you both for the truly wonderful house that you both along with all the Gambian builders have built for us.

It was only planned to be an inspection and fact finding trip, but what we found I feel we should share with all owners and any forthcoming owners along with anybody out there right now just pondering about making the move.

You will truly never forget it. This area of the Gambia can only grow and grow. Gunjur I am sure will without doubt be a regular destination for those of us looking for beauty, peacefulness, tranquillity and friendship.

The local people although very poor by our standards welcomed us into their homes and their lives in such a way that words cannot possibly explain our experience.

We journeyed to Banjul and the obvious holiday destinations within the Gambia, but those people who visit solely the typically tourists areas have no idea what beauty and what opportunities that Gunjur holds.

I know that for the rest of our lives we will be spending as much time there, we are already planning for our retirement.

Finally, let us not forget that those of us who so far who have decided to invest in Gunjur our doing so for our families futures. Separate from this we want to be apart of something special in the way the property will impact upon the environment.

We met the company responsible for building our swimming pool, and they independently advised us that our property will double in value within the next two years, that is how fast things are moving over there. There are right now 5000 British immigrants living in the Gambia. We met several whilst we were there and not one of them could believe how fast things are moving.

Lorraine holds on file my contact numbers so if you are reading this and would value a further opinion I am only to happy to talk with you.

Well done Lorraine and Steve.
